Sorry Preston, but I've not understood this - if we take, under 'en'
section, DayOfMonth<=ed (ed=31) it includes the 31st day of the final
month of the fin. yr. (ok), but why should the 'end' signal plot on
the first day (1'Apr) of the following year?
