[EquisMetaStock Group] I need setup help with MS pro 9 and Esignal

Guys - how the heck can I get Esignal rt data to MS?

Can someone tell me how I can do this? 

I already have an account with ES and I have a copy of MS pro 9 and I
asked ES customer support and they said I can do it but when I ask
them how, they said go and contact MS tech support. SO now I'm waiting
from MS tech support (two days now) with no answer.

In MS, there is a RT configuration app, so I run it and a window runs
with some tabs at the top. There is a tab for selecting a vendor dll.
I ask ES what their vendor dll is and they do not know what the hell
I'm talking about. 

This gets me thinking, is this the correct way to connect MS to ES?

Please help someone, I'm running round in rings .....:(
