[EquisMetaStock Group] Data collection

I have been using prophet.net as a data source for my metastock 9.1.
The data collection via the downloader has litterally ground to a halt 
over the past two month.  That is, it is taking 2-3 hours to download 
end of day data for a few stocks.  Prophet.net claims their tests show 
that the connections are good and the problem is with the downloader.  
Metastock tech. support just says they do not support prophet.net data 
collection and it is up to them to fix any problems.  Three or four 
months ago I was able to download end of day data on 500 stocks in a 
matter of minutes using the same downloader and the same data 
supplier.  Does anyone have any idea what is going on now?  What is a 
reasonable source of data for metastock end of day?
