ADEST resells MetaStock in Australia so we know what you should have received:

1. First Step is to look at the back of the Jewell case holding the Upgrade CD
   The activation number will be different and it is the one that you will receive.

If that is no good because it is covered (try peeling the sticker) then

2.  contact both Investor Centre and Paritech = Equis can not really help.
   I would doubt Investorcentre would keep a record of that Activation number
