In the past I found that Sales was the place to go for replacement discs,
upgrades, and license keys.
I think that Paritech has been remiss in their responsibilities to you.
Suggestion.: In the future install a new version in a separate directory
from your old version. Keep it the old version until you are confident that
the new version is running correctly.

I have sent an email to support. So I take it I should have got a
license number even though I'm upgrading?
