Hard to tell what you have done but it looks like you laid the ADX(40) 
on the ADX(14) and not the Close.

Make sure that the close is higlighted when you lay the indicator. Also 
you may wish to refer to the built-in template supplied with metastock. 

The Amibroker chart has both the +/- DI along with the ADX which is how 
the metastock template is plotted. The ADX values for the the ADX(14) 
are close on both charts. Close enough for me to believe that the 
difference may be your start dates.

For others looking for your charts they are in the Metastock Problems 
File.
