You did not mention what you wanted the line to be of...close, high,
low, or open. I'll guess close.
>From the Indicators, select a one day simple moving average of the
close. Drop it onto your price plot. Next click on the price plot and
change the price plot color to the same color as your background. You
will be left with a line chart of the close. Save this as a default
template and you will be done.
