Hello everyone.
I've been having a problem with date formats and importing into my
database. If anyone can help, I'd be most grateful.
My vendor has been helping me with a derived-data stream, and sent me
some history to check, in the form of a .csv file. Problem was, the
date column was in native format (1/1/1900 = day 1).
This was a new one to me, but I was told how to convert the data column
to date format in Excel, and then I tried to import via the Downloader
into my database. Using my local date format, I came up with a repeated
DL nag saying 'invalid date', so then I tried the US date format to no
avail.
I wondered if anyone can help me with this?
Kind regards to all.
