MSTT is a publication for the MS community that really enables you to 
wring the most out of MS. Subscribers also have access to another 
meesage board limited to subscribers. Take a look here.

I was thinking of an indicator where you can plug in dates and values 
via an Input function. The line gets drawn, Any information you want 
relative to the values on the line are available for calculation. I 
don't believe there is a way to plot beyond the "hard right edge" ie 
the last bar.

If you coose nottosubscribe, some variation on the following may be 
helpful:
