I do not know what MSTT is?
The tool I use now is a simple drag and drop tool I draw a trend line
it calculates the percentages and displays them on the chart which I
can save at will.
I was rather hoping that someone had done it before, for Metastock,
not wanting to reinvent the wheel.

it does allow placement.
