Hi
It's natural that esignal won't resolve the problem because you are
using a third party software.
They are right, if you have access to esignal data using their
software so everything is working and the problem is definitely with
MS connecting to the esignal servers.
I assume that you have MS Pro for esignal and it's a register version.
If so, you will have no problem in contact Equis support and they
will help you with the problem.
I think the problem is with the servers address or you don't have a MS
Pro version for esignal and it's natural that the metaserver can't
connect to the esignal servers.
When you open the MS PRO he automatically connects the metaserver and
he will open automatically the esignal data manager and only after all
this you have access to the esignal servers through MS.
For those who have MS EOD and want esignal as their data provider need
to buy a second software that downloads the data from esignal servers.
I recomend Qcollector. Never had problems with it.
You can download intraday, daily, weekly and monthly data.
