[EquisMetaStock Group] problem pertaining to backfilling of live data to metastock

HI.,

I have subscribed to esignal data.I can get backfill(past data )in 
Amibroker but I am not getting past data in Metastock.When I wrote to 
Esignal it has sent following mail

"If you are having problems getting data into MetaStock please check 
the eSignal chart to see if the data is available first. If the data 
is showing in the eSignal charts then there is no problem with the 
feed and you will need to contact MetaStock for further assistance. "

All other data vendors normally solve such problems of customers by 
taking control of  client PC by  swares like LOGMEIN etc.

Can any one help me in solving my problem?
