You have three options:

1. Try and convince Equis to provide you with the read/write MDK

2. Decode the "MetaStock" file format yourself - do a google search on
"MetaStock file format" (use the inverted commas) and you'll see quite a few
other people have decoded it.

3. Use a third party library such as Metalib

Subject: [EquisMetaStock Group] Creating a metastock data format file

Dear all,

Can anyone help me about the metastock data format? I'm developing a custom
programme. I want this programme to output its results as a metastock file.
Can this be done easily without going through the Metastock Developers
Kit,etc. Please note that I'm not talking about converting some price file
into Metastock format through downloader or something.

Can it be a simple proceedure?

Regards.

Biju Samuel
