[EquisMetaStock Group] Creating a metastock data format file

Dear all,
   
  Can anyone help me about the metastock data format? I'm developing a custom programme. I want this programme to output its results as a metastock file. Can this be done easily without going through the Metastock Developers Kit,etc. Please note that I'm not talking about converting some price file into Metastock format through downloader or something. 
   
  Can it be a simple proceedure?
