[EquisMetaStock Group] explorer formula need !

Hi all,

I wish to write an explorer formula with the following criteria.

Mkt going sideway (horizontal) with a price band <15% for at least 20 
days or more and Breakout of the band today at a rate >10% of the 
previous bar close.

example: chart goind sideway, let say in between the band of 95c ~ 
105c for the past 20 days or more and today breakout of the high of 
the band with a rate > 10%.

Is it possible to program into metastocks explorer?
