I sent Adaptick Support several e-mails. Some were responded to and the latest ones have not. I have never been able to get FIRE to work. The only responses I have received referenced pages or examples in the book, which did not help as I was already  set up as referenced in those examples? This has been going on for a month.

My latest e-mail was a refund request, we'll see.

  A number of days ago there was an ongoing discussion about RS screening.
  Prior to that discussion I purchased FIRE by Adaptick. I wasted so much time
  trying to get it to work on one of my computers that I asked for support
  from Adaptick several times. I received no response to my emails. Finally I
  requested a refund, as per the "iron clad" refund policy. My emails have
  been returned because of "bad" addresses. Is anyone else having problems
  with Adaptick's support, etc?
