Doug,
I purchased FIRE a few weeks ago. I was on a MS subscription so I
didn't have the Data CD that was referenced. An email sent to this
address- jslauson@xxxxxxxxx <mailto:jslauson%40adaptick.com> com was
answered in about 4 hours with the
information I requested. I obtained the Data CD from MS and installed as
per the instructions and was able to run the demonstration ERSA
exploration without any problems. I have a limited amount of experience
with MS so I thought this was pretty good.
Come to think of it I had a pre-sale question that I sent and it was
replied to quickly as well. Maybe you do have a bad address.
