[EquisMetaStock Group] backup of metastock custom indicators

Hi friends,
i have a lot of custom made indicators, experts, templates etc.. in my
metastock v8.0 now i wished to format my system but am afraid that i might
lose these. can you help in in telling which files should i backup so that i
dont lose these custom indicators. so that i may not backup the whole
software and or in built indicators and experts may also not be backed up.
