[EquisMetaStock Group] Exploration for Crossovers of Moving Averages

Friends,

Can any one tell me how we can make explorations for crossovers of 
weekly MAs? I want to particularly make the following exploration, but 
on Weekly data.

Mov(C,3,E)>Mov(C,5,E) AND 
(Cross(Mov(C,5,E),Mov(C,8,E)) 
OR Cross(Mov(C,8,E),Mov(C,13,E)))
