[EquisMetaStock Group] Need asistance to code Metastock formula

Hi
  I am looking for Metastock formula for:-
   
  1)Select stock if yesterday high is  equal or lower to today's opening.
   
  2) Select stock if yesterday low  is equal or higher to today's opening.
