Subject: Re: Metastock Add-Ons and Plug-Ins - TRENDMEDIUM 2.0
I have used most of the Metastock plugins and I have no much
negative comments on it, EXCEPT Trendmedium 2.0 by a Russian
developer named Eugene Labunsky.
If you expecting good customer service for the product you purchsed,
stay away from this product. Very very bad customer service from
this developer. Your emails will be replied at least 2weeks late or
no reply at all. But, you can keep sending your emails to the
developer until he NOTICED your email. Eugene claimed that he is
running a one-men operated company but I can assure you that other
one-men operated company provide MUCH MUCH better customer services.
Anyway, you can expect VERY FAST email communication from the
developer if you tell the developer that you will buy the product
and want to wire the money.
I can't comment whether the product is good for trading but at least
I can tell you the product is Version 2.0 now but it only come with
an user manual for Version 1.55. Both versions have so many
differences in terms of functionality. Well, the developer said you
can read the 'What's New' document. Ha, now I know how is Caveat
Emptor works in life. If you want to check how steep is your
learning curve, you can try with this product.
I really don't know how this product being considered as Metastock
Official Add-on. What are the criterias that needed or evaluated by
Equis? At least, the develope is claiming he is busy with other
projects and have no time to reply any email in details or providing
any customer service regarding the product. My communication with
other 6 Trendmedium users told me the same thing and revealed that
he is involving with ONLINE CASINO PROJCTS NOW. Thus make him SO
BUSY now. I am not sure whether he is still interest in selling his
product or ONLINE CASION but don't fool other people's time and
interest and hard-earned money if you have no sense of
responsibility and business interest. This is not a market for you
to make quick money and go away.
And one more thing, which I think very crucial. This product, either
in Equis site or develope site, claimed that it is a "Open
Parameter Trading System". But, there is a Core in this product
named FLEX CORE which did not show any parameter at all. Nothing.
Then, it is not a "completely open system based on modern math
theory" as claimed. I am totally upset and disappointed with
developer and Equis on this matter.
Official Metastock Add-On? "Open Parameter Trading System"?
Oh Hell YA!
