I’ve had similar problems. I also cannot get the FLEX portion of TM to work. I wish I could be on more help to you.

I’ve been using EOD and real-time TrendMedium nearly from its release, and before it was sold by Equis. I seldom use the real-time version. The EOD version provides quite reliable trend change signals. It takes some getting use to running the program each night. If you use a lot of securities, the processing time can be quite long; and the program really bogs down computer function while processing. I tried release 2 and processing can be now done without as significant a decrease in other computer functions. I mainly use the program to make trading decisions for levered mutual funds (UltraProfunds). The program has been very useful to me in conjunction with other indicators.
