[EquisMetaStock Group] How can I get ahold of this or of the metastock formula?

CSI Hybrid Trade Screen in Metastock looks VERY good.
But it only exists as an "Expert". I'd like to use it
as an "Explorer". How can I get ahold of this or of
the formula?
