Dude/Dudess (in lieu your undisclosed name),
I have contributed, including posting seminars that I have give to the Denver Trading Group. I have volunteered systems that are traded in real-time, with public track records to prove the approach. Each time, I have received criticism for trying to market my services. Roy and Jose's contributions are tremendous to this forum. I've sat back and watched educational hints ... and they are the best in the business. Does that warrant a full frontal advertising "attack"...on a day to day basis by Super"? I think not.
A number of things are apparent: a. you haven't read any of my posts b. you don't know that over the last three years I have lectured to over 2,000 people and haven't charged a dime c. as MetaStock add-ons go: Guess who the next Add-on author for Equis will be? (if you guessed Super, you are wrong).
Maybe others don't mind, but I personally find it offensive for someone to send me email, everyday, promoting a product. Before you start to accuse me of what I have or have not contributed, take the time to do a little research.
Take care,
Steve

Steve, Seen your name and website before. . Would like to see you less bothered with Super's web postings and instead contributing to this forum. You probably don't have the time to do that or "help" anyone here.. so why go after Super who does? For myself, I do appreciate all the suggestions he has made and also enjoy my subscription to MSTT. I have incorporated several of them, read books he has recommended. If you have the same type of background as he does, why don't you seriously contribute? Have I just missed your postings? Or do you just lurk in the background..

For a forum that doesn't allow advertising and marketing, I'm still trying to figure out why pumrysh allows this day-to-day bombardment. So, Preston, does this mean that all posters that actually "help" people trade are allowed to pummel the list with unsolicited advertising? Or, is this forum just for "certain" people to advertise what they sell, everyday?? Inquiring minds want to know. > > Take care, > > Steve > ----- Original Message ----- > From: superfragalist > To: equismetastock@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > Sent: Sunday, April 03, 2005 4:05 PM > Subject: [EquisMetaStock Group] Re: Metastock Add-Ons and Plug-Ins > > > > I don't mean to sound like a broken record, but I've used and/or > tested almost all of the plug-ins and none of them are very good in my > opinion, especially for a longer term investor.
