I know for fact they are aware of the problem. If
they fix is it is another thing. It all depends on the agenda. I can't help but
think there is an underlying method to make the systems look for a presentation
when selling the product. What else would explain such
a malfunction.
I don't understand why some of the brainier people
on this board don't have an alternate product for sale just to test systems. I
do recognize that most system have false trades but surely there is a way to do
this. What bothered me is that I had a decent system that should have
tested well and it wasn't until I started dissecting it that I discovered the
underlying problem.

Hi Martin,
Let's hope Equis is aware of these serious
bogs !

When I test one or two single stocks on a
system the results are inaccurate. Points test may be accurate but I
fail to understand how a point only test can give you an honest opinion of a
system where two points on a low dollar stock is much more than on a higher
value stock. I had to manually calculate the percentage gain or loss on each
result. I know it wasn't this way before. I had been experimenting with stop
losses and had no problem on version 8.

[EquisMetaStock Group] System Tester 8.01 vs 9.0
Hi
Has anyone been able to ascertain
whether the system tester in MS9.0 has been improved over the one
in MS8.01?
I find it hard to believe that Equis would release
MS9.0 without solving the problems in the MS8.01 version but then
again how did the numerous problems in the system tester in 8.01
ever get past any kind of quality control?
Before I waste
too much time with MS9.0 I would appreciate any input with regard
to system tester
performance.
Thanks
Haders
