Hi Hitesh/Hayseed,
Thanks for the support. It get's things working. I am able to change
across stocks using the `Choose Security' or Next or Previous buttons,
to retain the various templates in layout, it works fine. However, if
I try to use the File->Open button, it opens a new chart (invariably
with default template). How do I enforce this new chart to follow the
layout that we created ?
The reason I require to do this is because my complete stock database
is scattered across various directories ranging from 0-9 and A-Z. This
is mainly because the tool that I use to convert .csv to metastock
format has it's limitation (max 255 per EMASTER, an old limitation of
ms format). Hence, the impact is, if I have created the new layout
with the a stock in O directory, I am not able to retain the layout
for a stock in A dir, which I require to open using the File->Open
button.
Regards,
Rohit.
