Create the following indicator

((4*(Std(C,20))/Mov(C,20,S))-
Lowest(4*(Std(C,20))/Mov(C,20,S)))/
(Highest(4*(Std(C,20))/
Mov(C,20,S))-Lowest(4*(Std(C,20))/
Mov(C,20,S))+.001)*100

I call it Narrow Bandwidth.

Then create an exploration
In Column A  put CLOSE
In Column B put......  Fml("Narrow Bandwidth")
That should do it.
