They primarily use it for entry points for positions they have decided to
buy for fundamental reasons. It is not as hard and fast a rule as it used
to be and then there are the hedge funds that are often quite technically
oriented. Again, the rules are changing all the time. They will all follow
a technical analyst that makes money consistently over a long period of
time. That, unfortunately, is a rarity.
