its very clearly outlined step by step. Here Henry has stepped in and helped you
out.

There is no question of anyone being oversmart or
discouraging.
Your questions were very basic. When you want to
step up to advanced "writing" or if you want to develop a strategy, which you
want to keep secret, then whom will you turn to?
Therefore, it is my humble suggestion to you to
read the manual. Not only will you understand the programming of indicators, but
also learn on how to use MS efficiently.

included in
the manual.If one cannot help one should
not discourage by trying to be
