If you have MS 8+ you have access to the Security(path, data)
function. Have a look in the manual for the proper use; it will
solve your problem and you have to worry about using the 'P'
indicator.
You can plot the RSC Indicator using something like:
RSC:=C / Security(path to my data file,C);
RSC;
