[EquisMetaStock Group] Code Problem - 3rd highest value

I need a code that will identify the 3rd highest value in a given 
period.
For example HHV((H-L),20) identifies the highest daily range in the 
last 20 periods.
I need to identify the 3rd highest daily range in the last 20 days.
Can anyone help ... try as I might, I cannot write the code.
