Hi Ajay
There is a method that you can count securities using the Explorer tool. It requires the use of a
supporting indicator to clear all counters before running the exploration, and some fairly specific
code using the GlovalVar.dll. The method is not appropriate for accumulating volume because of the
compounding effect of single digit precision error both in MetaStock and the dll, but it works fine
for counting whole numbers up to 1,000,000 or so.
I think I have posted examples both at Reef Capital and at the Trade Equity Yahoo group. I can't
recall. The subject will be covered in the MSTT newsletter eventually, but not for several months
yet.
Kind regards
Roy Larsen
