You appear to have it right. I'm assuming you mentioned all the relevant facts. If you can define an
event then ValueWhen() can tell you what any value was at the time of that event. If your "event"
spans more than one bar then the value returned will be fixed as at the last bar that "event" was
true.
If you use ValueWhen in an exploration then be aware that an N/A value may be returned if there was
no trigger event. Same thing can happen on a chart though it is less likely. There are ways around
this problem so it's not a biggie unless you don't know about it.
