I'm new to the valuewhen function. Could someone confirm that I'm
using it correctly?
1. eventA took place sometime prior to the current bar.
2. the volume on the bar where eventA took place is greater than the
volume on the current bar
valuewhen(1,eventA,volume) > volume
"the volume on the most recent occurence of eventA is greater than the
current volume"
