[EquisMetaStock Group] How made a File .sym

Hi,

I will import a File .sym  into the downloader but in the book , 
equis said to made with windows explorer a .sym file but I can't ( 
it's just for .html file ).

Do you know made a simple .sym file like this(for import into the 
downloader ) :

AABC
MSFT

ETC...
