I use Personal Stock Monitor Gold Edition who retrieve data from Yahoo with
a 20 minutes delay.

a market "snapshot" before the  close.  In other words, just like doing an
end of day data download of  approximately 1000 stocks after the close, but
getting the same open, high, low,  close, volume info say an hour before
