[EquisMetaStock Group] Snapshot of pre-close data

Can 
someone suggest their best method of doing a market "snapshot" before the 
close.  In other words, just like doing an end of day data download of 
approximately 1000 stocks after the close, but getting the same open, high, low, 
close, volume info say an hour before the close?
