Can any one help in formulating the below strategies for buy signal

Explorations help needed

1)Buy- When Stochastics crosses above zero line 
both  
uper band-      Mov((H+L+C)/3,10,E) + Mov((H-L),10,E) 
and lower band  Mov((H+L+C)/3,10,E) - Mov((H-L),10,E) 

2) sinal Buy below zero line ,
when stochastics crosses above 
upperband (Mov(H+L+C)/3,10,E) + Mov((H-L),10,E) 
and/ or  lower band ( Mov((H+L+C)/3,10,E) - Mov((H-L),10,E)
and confirm  buy when stochastic line crosses above zero line

Note:-stochastic %k=5 and %D
