[EquisMetaStock Group] Online Discount Broker Recommendation Wanted

Hello All,

I'm fairly new to trading and was wondering which online discount 
brokers you recommend.

My trading style is stock swing trading. I typically buy or sell 
short on Monday and close the positions by the end of the week.

I use MetaStock with end-of-day prices to scan stocks for specific 
setups.

Broker must provide margin accounts for short trading.

My funds are limited and I want to minimize commissions.
