That sounds like a very useful piece of information. I checked out
Excel and I see it has RAND and RANDBETWEEN. I'll try that eventually.
However, right now, I can't even program a stop-loss correctly. So I
want to create an artificial file which will have prices that I know
should cause something like the following:
Day 1: buy
Day 2: stopped out
Day 5: buy
Day 7: raise stop
Day 9: raise stop again
Day 10: stopped out
... and so on.
Jay's suggestion to use the Downloader is exactly what I'm looking
for at the moment.
