If you are doing this with the expert, then you
would need to specify that the ADX is lower than its last bar, and/or lower than
20. You would also need to specify that the colour would be black.
Here, you would need to determine the hierarchy
of the highlighting colours. If you want this condition to take predominance
over other conditions, you would need to move it up the hierarchy of highlights.
This will ensure that the ADX condition will first keep the candles as black,
then the other conditions will follow.
