My understanding is that once I post open code in the public domain it becomes fair game for anyone
to use. The copyright line is my way of saying that whatever the legal position the moral position
is that while the code is free for private use it remains my intellectual property.

Thanks for the suggestion, this approach is an option and may be the way my forrmulas are
delivered.
