Roy & Jose,
Both of you put a copyright line in your formulae (or formulas). Does that
mean anytime anyone other than the creator is using the formula, they are
violating the copyright law?

PS: Roy, I think you can put all your formulae on a CD which can then be
installed automatically into Metastock, and bundle the CD with your book.
This will be an additional benefit for the people who are just too lazy or
too computer illiterate or too time challenged to do this themselves from
your website.
