[EquisMetaStock Group] Indicator Formula Help

["dorsey.pender@xxxxxxxxxxxxx" <dorsey.pender@xxxxxxxxxxxxx>]

I want to create an indicator that will subtract the price of a stock 
at 10am (using intraday data) from the previous day's close and add 
the close of today to it.   Can someone assist?
