[EquisMetaStock Group] Sebastian's Correct Point

You're absolutely right, Sebastian. I did a very poor job of
presenting what I was trying to say.

The word arrogant was probably not the precise choice for what I was
trying to say, but none-the-less your point is well taken. I intend
to get over myself this afternoon, at least I'm working on it. I'm
sure I'll have plenty of people helping me.

What I should have said in a more direct and simpler way is I think
more people could benefit if the files section was used more often. I
mentioned books as an example. Many new users ask the same questions
when they join. It's very hard to repeatedly answer the same thing
over and over. It would be better if it was posted in the files
section which could be read by anyone anytime they wished.

I've posted information on plug-ins which I have bought. A lot of new
people ask about those, and there are many more things that should be
in there with that.

If someone wants to make a counter point about the value of a plug-in
they can post here or compile their own list and put it in the files
section. Keeping up the files section is a problem for the moderator
(Preston, I think) but if he's willing, I'm willing to spend the time
to rewrite what I've posted and put it in that form.

I'm trying to cut the hours I work while still finding a way to
provide some kind of worthwhile benefit. Trading takes a huge amount
of time as anyone who trades knows. So I'm willing to do the files
but not to answer questions or do coaching my email, etc. It's
impossible. When I explain that politely to people who send me
emails, it falls on deaf years. If I don't respond to my mail people
get angry. It's a no win situation.

There are a lot of smart, experienced people on here who can answer
whatever questions come up from anything that get's written. Right
now only a few people provide most of the responses and that's too
bad. That does not spread the work load effectively.

Thanks for your advice and thanks for your participation. It's
greatly appreciated.

The MS boards need a retraction key. I realized too late my approach
was wrong. Oh, well. Here come's the flaming.
