easy....
export the data from qchart to an exell file :
(right click on the chart and choose save data it
should be done in *.*.csv if memory serves) then open
that file with excell and turn save into an *.*xls
make sure the data colomuns start with date-open-high
low-volume where appropriate
then using the downloader you should be able to turn
them in to ms format
