Metastock in a Nutshell is "how to set up templates" and "what are
layouts for". In other words, it's a watered down version of the MS
manual.
A better alternative to learn to use Metastock properly is Martin
Pring's two Metastock training CDs.
Roy's book has nothing to do with Metastock in a Nutshell. Anyone who
thinks Metastock in a Nutshell is what they need has absolutely no
use for the stuff in Roy's book.
