Hi Kevin,
I recently went on holiday for a week and set
a few groups to no email. It took at least 3 days for all of the group
traffic to it to take effect.
In any case, I recommend you create new subfolder
for any Yahoo Groups you receive by email, then create a rule based upon message
subject to automatically move any emails into that subfolder upon receiving them
(eg this group has a rule for any new messages with a subject containing
[EquisMetastock Group]). This way I can read the group at my leisure and
also search the history too.

Even though I have amended my membership
record and have selected 'no emails' I am continuing to receive emails 48
hours later. Is there something more that I need to do. I would prefer
just to go into the group web site periodically and scan the email
traffic.Selecting the 'no mail' option appears to have worked for
other groups that I belong to. I would be grateful for any advice or
assistance.
