Valuewhen(1,K,d) is the value of d on the most recent occurance of
K,
Valuewhen(2,K,d) is the value of d on the 2nd most recent occurance
of K,
Valuewhen(3,K,d) is the value of d on the 3rd most recent occurance
of K.
depending on how you would use the D function will alter the value
of D if you use Ref(Valuewhen(1,K,d),-1)IE: MA or a constant value
