[EquisMetaStock Group] Assistance required for setting up Trading System

Hi guys, I am a newbie to Metastock, and attempt to develop a screening 
system on the following criteria 

1) 3 Tier Moving Average - 3/7/25 days - giving signal when 3 day ma 
cross 7/25 days, 7 days ma cross 25 days

Would appreicate for step-by-step guide in setting up the above 
screening system. Thks so much.
